Prisma Automation: systems that keep working after everyone goes home

Works with Website ยท Messenger

We fix that at the root, not with a patch.

If your process today depends on someone remembering to reply, copying information from one system to another, or updating a spreadsheet by hand, it won't scale with your business.

We design and build the automation, dashboards, and AI agents your operation runs on, so the work gets done on time, every time, without anyone having to remember to do it.

See it run

What a customer actually experiences.

No hold music, no โ€œwe'll get back to you.โ€ The agent answers with real information from your catalogue, qualifies the lead, books it, and hands the conversation to your team with the full history attached.

Illustrative comparison: the gap is the point, not a benchmark.

Where scattered tools become one system.

Messages, spreadsheets, CRM, calendar. Each one works on its own. The trouble lives in the gaps between them, where a lead waits, a task gets forgotten, and a sale slips.

Prisma closes those gaps with one connected system that answers, records, and follows up by itself. Keep scrolling to step inside.

Behind every message

Systems that keep working after everyone goes home.

From the first message to the follow-up, each step runs on its own, and your team steps in only when it matters.

What we build

Four pieces, one system.

Most businesses don't need one more tool. They need the tools they already have to stop losing information between each other.

  1. An agent that answers, qualifies, and books appointments right where your customers already message you. Trained on your business, available all day, with no waiting in line.

    • Official business messaging connection
    • Answers trained on your catalogue, pricing, and rules
    • Lead qualification with automatic handoff to a human
    • Full conversation history stored, never lost in a phone
  2. Your sales pipeline gets a place to actually live: lead, status, history, and next step, in a dashboard built around your process, not the other way around.

    • Pipeline stages modelled on how you actually sell
    • Every conversation attached to its lead
    • Admin panel for your team, with access levels
    • Exportable data: it stays yours, in your database
  3. Messenger, spreadsheets, email, your ERP: the tools you already use start talking to each other, with no one copying and pasting in between.

    • Integrations between the systems you already pay for
    • Scheduled routines: reports, reminders, follow-ups
    • Error alerts, so a silent failure doesn't cost you a sale
    • Hosted on your own infrastructure, not rented per task
  4. From a company website to an internal system, built around your process and not adapted from a template.

    • Built to load fast and rank, not just to look good
    • Internal tools for the work no off-the-shelf app covers
    • Connected to the same database as your support agent and CRM
    • Handed over with documentation, not as a black box

No script, no actors

Talk to it. Right now.

The conversation in the film is illustrative. This one isn't. It's the same assistant, live, answering from a real (demo) inventory. Ask it anything a customer would.

Building something that isn't on this list? That's usually the interesting part, so tell us about it.

How it works

From diagnosis to operation.

No open-ended projects. Each stage has a defined output, so you always know what you're getting and when.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

We map the process as it actually runs today: where it stalls, where it wastes time, where it loses a sale. Usually a conversation and a look at your current tools.

OutputA written map of the bottlenecks, and which ones are worth automating first.

  2. 02

    Architecture

We design the technical solution (agents, dashboard, integrations, where the data lives) before writing a single line of code. Cheaper to change a diagram than a system.

OutputA scoped plan with a fixed deliverable, timeline, and price.

  3. 03

    Build

We develop and test with real data from your business, not a generic example. You see progress as it's built, not a surprise reveal at the end.

OutputA working system, tested against your real cases.

  4. 04

    Operation

We stay on after delivery. Automation gets tuned to real use: the questions customers actually ask are never the ones you predicted.

OutputMonitoring, adjustments, and a documented handover.

Who builds it

Process, not promises.

Before automation, there were six years in quality control and lab work in industry: measuring, testing, and documenting process on a production line. Prisma Automation grew out of that same logic applied to business.

Automation isn't about looking modern, it's about a process that runs the same way every single day, whether or not anyone's watching. That background is the difference between an agent that demos well and a system that survives contact with real customers. In a lab, a process that only works when you're watching it is a process that failed. The same standard applies here.

Today, Prisma builds support systems, CRMs, and automation for businesses that have outgrown the spreadsheet, with an MBA in Process and Quality Management (Lean and Six Sigma) behind the same technical rigor in every delivery.

Before you ask

The questions that come up first.

A chat agent usually goes live in two to three weeks. A full system (support agent, CRM, and integrations) typically runs four to eight weeks depending on how many tools have to be connected. You get a fixed timeline in writing before anything starts, at the architecture stage.

That depends entirely on how it's built. An agent trained only on generic instructions will sound generic. We train it on your actual catalogue, your pricing rules, and the way your team already answers, and we set clear handoff points where a human takes over. The goal isn't to hide that it's automated; it's for the customer to get a correct answer immediately instead of waiting until Monday.

It will, eventually: any system meeting real customers will hit a case nobody predicted. That's why every conversation is logged and monitored, why there's an escalation path to a human, and why the operation stage exists. Anyone promising a system that never gets anything wrong is selling you a demo, not a system.

No. If you already use something, we integrate with it. If your CRM is currently a notebook and a group chat, that's a common starting point and often the easiest one: there's no legacy system fighting back.

You do. The data is in your database and exportable, the system runs on infrastructure tied to your business, and delivery includes documentation. If you ever want to move to another developer, nothing here is designed to trap you.

It depends on scope, and any number quoted before understanding your process would be fiction. What we can commit to is that pricing is fixed and agreed in writing at the architecture stage, before development starts, so there's no open meter running while we work.

Tell me what's stuck in your process.

No twelve-field form. Send a message about what's stuck today (support, spreadsheets, integrations) and we'll see if and how Prisma can fix it. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you that too.
